It may feel intimidating to new members to hear words like dragon duck snake but these are just names of some of the different stances which at first may not look too different from each other. With practice however the differences become more apparent and you can feel the different muscles involved which you have worked on and feel the benefit in your whole body These are also the stances used in the Form the Dance and other forms of Tai Chi which we practice regularly.
